2017 Player Development Camp Registration

The 2017 Player Development Camp is scheduled for October 13-15.

Mite families, the PDC is for Dynamites only, the coaching staff will review registrations before the PDC.

Kory Scoran - IAHA ADM Director

Kory grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada, where he played minor hockey. At the age of 16, he played his first year of Junior Hockey In the Manitoba Junior Hockey League (MJHL). After one season in the MJHL, he was recruited to play in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League, where he played for the Melfort Mustangs for the following 3 seasons. From there Kory received a Division I scholarship to Lake Superior State University in the Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) where he played 4 full years before turning professional at the end of his senior year.

Kory was recruited by the Idaho Steelheads and joined the hockey club for their playoff run at the end of the 2005/2006 season. The following season, he attended the Iowa Stars tryout camp before returning back to Idaho to play his first professional season, where he was part of the 2006/2007 Kelly Cup Championship team.

Jeremy Hoy - Off Ice Coach

Brian played hockey in the SJHL for two seasons before joining a national championship USHL team. After junior hockey, Brian attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks on a hockey scholarship, and then played professionally in the ECHL and CHL. Using his experience in Junior, collegiate, and professional hockey, Brian is able to provide individualized guidance and advice to players. He is able to evaluate their strengths and challenges, and then guide their growth to the next level of performance.

In addition to currently coaching AAA hockey, Brian also serves on the Board of Directors for CAHA, and as the USA Hockey Coach in Chief for the State of Colorado where he is involved with the State and District evaluation camps in the Rocky Mountain District. This involvement allows Brian to build his hockey knowledge, involvement, relationships, and connections year-after-year. Brian’s love of the game of hockey and his passion to help players pursue their dreams drives him to provide players the best advice and guidance possible.

As an athletic performance coach, he has directed and hosted many summer performance camps and clinics, speed and agility camps, and team training programs for sports such as hockey, wrestling, soccer, football, basketball, and tennis. He is the director and off-ice director of the annual NHL Style Elite Hockey Camp in Pittsburgh, featuring Jay Caufield and Rick Tocchet.

Coach Hoy is also recognized by various forums as an authority on training for ice hockey, wrestling, MMA, preventing injuries in young athletes, speed training, and women's sports and fitness.

Additionally, he is a highly sought after speaker/clinician and lectures each year on speed training and training for ice hockey at the Annual Pennsylvania State Strength and Conditioning Clinic attended by strength and conditioning professionals, athletic trainers, physical therapists and sports medicine professionals.
